Environmental Practices
City Printing uses environmentally responsible, soy-based inks on all presses. Coatings and varnishes are water-based and acid-free, ensuring naturally beautiful and lasting printing, free of acidification or hazardous chemicals. Printing plates are 100% recyclable and reusable. City Printing’s plating system is 100% chemical free, using water-based, non-toxic & biodegradable scrubs and rinses.

Welcome to City Printing, Inc.
When my grandfather, Joseph A. Valentini, opened a small print shop here in the then-vibrant steel town of Youngstown, Ohio, he was committed to ensuring that every customer’s project, regardless of size, was treated as if it were the most important job on the list. My father grew the business on that philosophy, and it is my duty to do the same.
Today, City Printing continues to deliver for every customer, from a job’s inception right through to delivery. We are able to do so because of our experienced graphics department, pressmen, bindery department, office support staff, and customer service representatives. It is also because of our commitment to employing cutting-edge commercial printing technology.
As we move toward our second century of service we will continue to build upon our family’s legacy of providing the highest quality printing at very competitive prices while placing our relationships with customers first and foremost.
